AAMP (Angio-Associated Migratory Cell Protein) is a protein implicated in angiogenesis, cell migration, and tumor progression across multiple tissue types. This rabbit polyclonal antibody, supplied by Antibodies.com at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol, is validated for Western blot applications and cross-reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.
The unconjugated format provides flexibility for downstream detection chemistries, and the 100 µl volume supports multiple blotting experiments. AAMP has been investigated in hepatocellular carcinoma, breast cancer metastasis, and immune cell signaling, making this reagent useful for studies of vascular biology, cancer cell motility, and related signaling pathways. Store at -20 °C in single-use aliquots to minimize freeze-thaw cycles and preserve antibody activity.
