Anti-AAAS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal unconjugated primary antibody targeting AAAS, offered by Antibodies.com. Raised in rabbit and of the IgG isotype, the reagent is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications on human samples.

The immunogen is recombinant full length human AAAS, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of AAAS protein. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in PBS with 0.1% sodium azide and 50% glycerol. The antibody has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein migrates at approximately 60 kDa.
