Anti-AAAS Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody raised against AAAS, supplied by Antibodies.com as an unconjugated reagent validated for Western blot (WB). The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 392–436 of human AAAS, and the resulting polyclonal reagent detects endogenous levels of the AAAS protein in human, mouse and rat samples. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.3, and has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity reported as greater than 96% by SDS-PAGE. The AAAS target migrates at an apparent molecular weight of approximately 59 kDa.
