Description
From Antibodies.com, this Rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against A2M and supplied unconjugated for Western Blot (WB) applications. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to residues in Human A2M, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of A2M protein. It reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.
The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.6. The target protein migrates at approximately 185 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, yielding purity greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
