A20 (TNFAIP3) is a ubiquitin-editing regulator that limits NF-κB-driven inflammatory signaling. This rabbit polyclonal, unconjugated primary antibody from Antibodies.com supports western blot, immunofluorescence, and ELISA workflows used to investigate A20 protein expression, localization, regulation, and pathway dynamics.
Reactivity is reported for human and mouse samples, supporting comparative studies in relevant cell and tissue systems. Western blot can monitor A20 abundance across treatments or lysate conditions, while immunofluorescence can examine its intracellular distribution. ELISA compatibility supports antibody-binding studies when an appropriate protocol is established. The antibody is supplied as 100 µl.
As an unconjugated reagent, it can be paired with laboratory-selected labeled secondary antibodies for fluorescence- or enzyme-based detection. Appropriate controls and dilution optimization are recommended for each sample matrix. This product is for research use only, not diagnostic or therapeutic use.
