Anti-A1CF Antibody

This Rabbit polyclonal antibody targets A1CF (also referred to as A1CF/ACF) and is supplied by Antibodies.com. It is of the IgG isotype, unconjugated, and raised in rabbit as the host species.

The reagent has been validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) applications, with reactivity confirmed against Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The immunogen is a recombinant fusion protein containing a sequence corresponding to amino acids 50–120 of human A1CF (NP_055391.2). Affinity purification is used in preparation, and the antibody is supplied as a liquid in Phosphate Buffered Saline (pH 7.3) containing 50% glycerol and 0.01% Thiomersal. The reported molecular weight of the target is 65 kDa.

Storage guidance is to ship at 4°C and, upon delivery, to aliquot and store at –20°C, avoiding repeated freeze/thaw cycles. Recommended starting dilutions are WB 1:500–1:1,000 and IHC 1:50–1:200.
