Anti-A1AT Antibody

This unconjugated IgG antibody from Antibodies.com binds human alpha-1 antitrypsin (SERPINA1), a 52 kDa serine protease inhibitor synthesized in hepatocytes and secreted into plasma. The reagent is validated for Western Blot detection of A1AT in research samples, supporting studies of alpha-1 antitrypsin deficiency, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, and liver cirrhosis. Supplied as a liquid in a 100 µg vial, the antibody should be stored at -20°C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw damage to the IgG preparation.
