Anti-A-Raf (phospho-Y302) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com, raised against A-Raf when phosphorylated at Tyrosine 302. It is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC), with reactivity confirmed in Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human A-Raf around the phosphorylation site of Tyrosine 302, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of A-Raf only when phosphorylated at Tyr302. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2. It has been affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% (by SDS-PAGE), and the target protein runs at approximately 68 kDa.
