Anti-A Cyclase IX (P974) Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against adenylate cyclase type IX (also known as ADCY9 or A Cyclase IX) and detects endogenous levels of the target protein in human samples. The antibody is supplied as an affinity-purified IgG at 1 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline containing 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2, and the product is unconjugated, making it well suited for direct detection workflows. Validated applications include Western blotting and immunohistochemistry, and the antibody has been used on paraffin-embedded human lung cancer tissue sections as a representative IHC reference. The immunogen corresponds to amino acids 971–1020 of human A Cyclase IX (Swiss-Prot O60503), and the predicted molecular weight of the target is approximately 161 kDa. For short-term use, the reagent should be stored at 4 °C; for longer storage, aliquot and keep at −20 °C, avoiding repeated freeze–thaw cycles.
