Anti-5-HT-4 Antibody

Offered by Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified reagent is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against an internal peptide of the human 5-HT-4 serotonin receptor (also known as HTR4, 5-hydroxytryptamine receptor 4, or serotonin receptor 4). It is supplied as a 50 µL aliquot at a concentration of 1.0 mg/mL in phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) containing 150 mM NaCl, 0.02% sodium azide, and 50% glycerol as a stabiliser. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blotting (recommended dilution 1:500–1:3000) and immunofluorescence/ICC (1:100–1:500), and it detects endogenous levels of total 5-HT-4 protein in human, mouse and rat samples. The product is shipped at 4 °C and should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C upon arrival, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve activity.
