Anti-4E-BP1 (phospho-T46) Antibody

Antibodies.com offers a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against 4E-BP1 when phosphorylated at Threonine 46. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human 4E-BP1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 46, and the reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of 4E-BP1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr46.

Validated for WB and IHC, the unconjugated antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, and the target band is observed at approximately 15 to 20 kDa.

Purity exceeds 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE; the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen.
