Anti-4E-BP1 (phospho-T37) Antibody

A rabbit polyclonal primary antibody from Antibodies.com raised against 4E-BP1 phosphorylated at Threonine 37. The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human 4E-BP1 around the phosphorylation site of Threonine 37. The unconjugated antibody is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples.

Specificity: p-4E-BP1 (T37) pAb detects endogenous levels of 4E-BP1 protein only when phosphorylated at Thr37. The predicted molecular weight is ~ 15 to 20 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific immunogen, with purity greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE. The product is supplied at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approximately pH 7.2.
