Anti-4E-BP1 (phospho-S65) Antibody

This is a rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com raised against 4E-BP1 when phosphorylated at Serine 65. It is validated for immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human, Mouse, and Rat samples. The antibody is supplied unconjugated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) containing 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.

The immunogen is a synthetic phosphopeptide derived from human 4E-BP1 around the Ser65 phosphorylation site. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of 4E-BP1 protein only when phosphorylated at Serine 65. The target protein migrates at approximately 15 to 20 kDa. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, and purity exceeds 95% as assessed by SDS-PAGE.
