Anti-4E-BP1 Antibody

Offered through Antibodies.com, this affinity-purified rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against4E-BP1 (eIF4E-binding protein 1) and is supplied in a 50 µl liquid format at 1 mg/mL, in PBS containing 50% glycerol, 0.5% BSA and 0.02% sodium azide as a stabilizer. The antibody was generated using a synthetic peptide derived from human 4E-BP1 around the non-phosphorylation site of T46, and was purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography on the epitope-specific immunogen. It is unconjugated and detects endogenous levels of 4E-BP1, with validated reactivity on human, mouse and rat samples. Recommended applications include Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and ELISA. The product is shipped at 4 °C; on arrival it should be aliquoted and stored at –20 °C, with repeated freeze/thaw cycles avoided to preserve performance.
