Anti-4E-BP1 (Ab-45) Antibody

Manufactured by Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent recognises the eukaryotic translation initiation factor 4E-binding protein 1 (4E-BP1, also known as PHAS-I and EIF4EBP1) at a phosphorylation-relevant epitope centred around residues 43–47 (S-T-T-P-G) of the human protein. Supplied as an unconjugated IgG at 1 mg/mL, it is offered in a 50 µL trial-size vial and is validated for Western blotting, immunohistochemistry, and immunocytochemistry/immunofluorescence.
