Anti-14-3-3 beta + alpha Antibody [N14]

Antibodies.com mouse monoclonal clone N14 targets an epitope shared between the 14-3-3 beta (YWHAB) and 14-3-3 alpha/zeta (YWHAZ) adaptor proteins. Members of the 14-3-3 family regulate signal transduction, cell-cycle progression, apoptosis, and cytoskeletal dynamics, and they are widely investigated in neurodegeneration, cancer signaling, and metabolic research.

This unconjugated IgG2a reagent is supplied as a 100 µg liquid in a sealed vial, validated for Western blot, immunocytochemistry, and immunohistochemistry on paraffin-embedded sections.
