Anti-14-3-3 beta + alpha Antibody

The Antibodies.com anti-14-3-3 beta + alpha polyclonal antibody is raised in rabbit and supplied as an IgG preparation at 100 µg per vial. The antibody specifically recognizes the YWHAB-encoded beta/alpha isoforms of the conserved 14-3-3 adaptor family, which function as phosphoserine/phosphothreonine-binding scaffolds in cell signaling, apoptosis regulation, and neuronal development. Validated for Western blot detection of endogenous protein in human, mouse, and rat lysates, the unconjugated reagent is provided in liquid format and can be paired with HRP- or fluorophore-conjugated secondary antibodies. The 14-3-3 beta/alpha proteins run at approximately 28 kDa, allowing clear resolution on standard SDS-PAGE gels.
