Raised in rabbit, this unconjugated polyclonal antiserum recognizes the theta and tau isoforms of the 14-3-3 family of adaptor proteins, which regulate phosphorylation-dependent signaling through binding of phosphorylated serine and threonine residues on partner substrates.
