Anti-14-3-3 ς (E66) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal reagent is raised against 14-3-3 σ (E66) and supplied unconjugated. It is validated for Western blot (WB) and immunohistochemistry (IHC) and reacts with Human and Mouse samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 40-90 of Human 14-3-3 σ, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of 14-3-3 σ protein. The product is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2, with the target migrating at ~ 30 kDa.

The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE, and is supported by 3 scientific validation images.
