Anti-14-3-3 θ (Q67) Antibody

This rabbit polyclonal antibody from Antibodies.com is raised against a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 30-80 of human 14-3-3 η. The unconjugated antibody has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC), and immunofluorescence (IF) applications, and it reacts with human, mouse, and rat samples.

It is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide at approximately pH 7.2. The reagent specifically detects endogenous levels of 14-3-3 protein theta/tau and was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using the epitope-specific immunogen. Purity is greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE. The target protein has a molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa.
