Anti-14-3-3 η (K81) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against 14-3-3 η and recognises the K81 epitope of the target protein. It is supplied as an unconjugated reagent and has been validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (ICC/IF) applications, with reactivity confirmed against human, mouse and rat samples.

The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50–100 of human 14-3-3 η, and the antibody detects endogenous levels of the 14-3-3 η protein. The reported molecular weight of the target is approximately 28 kDa. The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with a stated purity of greater than 95% by SDS-PAGE, and is formulated at 1 mg/ml in phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2.
