Anti-14-3-3 γ (M81) Antibody

From Antibodies.com, this is a rabbit polyclonal antibody raised against 14-3-3 γ. The antibody is unconjugated and validated for Western blot (WB), immunohistochemistry (IHC) and immunofluorescence (IF), including ICC/IF. It is reported to detect endogenous levels of the 14-3-3 γ protein.

Reactivity has been demonstrated in human, mouse and rat samples. The antibody is supplied at 1 mg/ml in phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 15 mM sodium azide, at approximately pH 7.2. The immunogen is a synthetic peptide corresponding to amino acids 50-100 of the human 14-3-3 γ protein.

With an observed molecular weight of approximately 28 kDa, the antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, achieving a purity of greater than 95% as determined by SDS-PAGE.
