Description
From Antibodies.com, this rabbit polyclonal antibody is raised against ß-Actin (I102) and is unconjugated. It is formulated at 1 mg/ml in Phosphate buffered saline (PBS) with 0.05% sodium azide, approx. pH 7.2 [C0][S1]. The antibody was affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using an epitope-specific immunogen, with purity > 95% (by SDS-PAGE) [S1].
Validated for WB, the antibody reacts with Human, Mouse and Rat samples [C0][S1]. The immunogen is recombinant full length Human ß-Actin, and the reagent detects endogenous levels of ß-actin protein.
