From QIAGEN's AdnaTest portfolio, this immunomagnetic enrichment kit is tailored for the detection of prostate cancer–associated circulating tumour cells. It combines antibody-based capture with RNA preparation for targeted mRNA analysis, allowing selective isolation of epithelial circulating tumour cells from peripheral blood. The workflow is optimised for downstream RT-PCR/qPCR detection of prostate-associated transcripts.
