AdnaTest EMT-2/StemCell

A QIAGEN molecular panel designed for advanced characterisation of circulating tumour cells (CTCs), combining epithelial–mesenchymal transition (EMT) and stem cell marker detection. It targets both EMT and stemness-associated transcripts to provide a broad phenotypic assessment of CTCs, supporting EMT profiling, cancer stem cell feature analysis, and breast cancer characterisation following CTC isolation.

The workflow relies on immunomagnetic AdnaTest enrichment to deliver purified nucleic acids for multiplex RT-PCR profiling and is optimised for integration with AdnaTest sample processing and downstream molecular assays. The source notes that 12 EMT markers can be measured.
