AdnaTest ColonCancerDetect

A QIAGEN workflow for the selective isolation and mRNA detection of colon cancer–related circulating tumour cells. Enrichment relies on immunomagnetic capture, followed by a nucleic acid preparation step optimised for downstream molecular assays, enabling capture of CTCs from blood and enrichment of tumour mRNA. The system is built for sensitive, multiplex transcript detection using RT‑PCR/qPCR, and the reagents and controls supplied by the manufacturer are intended for research use only.
