Application: BMP antagonist used to modulate BMP signaling for neural induction, stem cell differentiation, developmental biology, and tissue engineering studies.

Handling: Store at ≤ -20 °C. Reconstitute in sterile buffer (for example PBS containing 0.1% BSA) to the desired concentration, aliquot to avoid repeated freeze–thaw, and use sterile technique for cell culture or in vitro assays. Assess endotoxin and activity as required for sensitive applications.
