Description
This borosilicate glass flat-bottom 250 mL flask with break-resistant lip is supplied by STEMCELL Technologies for the enzymatic digestion of tissue fragments and homogenates into cell suspensions. It is intended for the culture and evaluation of human mammary epithelial cells in CFU assays, for the culture of human mammospheres and tumorspheres, and for the culture of human mammary epithelial cells using 10X Collagenase/hyaluronidase in DMEM.
