16 Gauge Blunt End Needles, 100/pk

Designed for safe and accurate handling of methylcellulose-based medium such as MethoCult™, these sterile blunt-end needles from STEMCELL Technologies are 16 gauge and 1.5 inches long with a metal luer lock hub. The blunt end design reduces the risk of needle-stick injuries, and the product is manufactured from non-pyrogenic materials.

For use, attach a 3 cc syringe to dispense viscous methylcellulose medium and help prevent needle-stick injuries. The manufacturer recommends pairing the needles with syringes purchased from STEMCELL Technologies to ensure compatibility. The needles are single-use only and should be disposed of according to standard procedures for biohazardous materials.
