60 mm Gridded Scoring Dish, 20 Dishes

Supplied under the STEMCELL Technologies brand, this Corning® gridded scoring dish is designed for cell culture, microscopy, and colony counting workflows. The sterile, non-pyrogenic polystyrene dish is tissue culture-treated for optimal cell attachment, with a hydrophilic, negatively charged surface that supports cell growth. A vented lid provides consistent gas exchange.

An embedded 2 mm grid enables easy colony counting, and the dish can be reused by placing 35 mm culture dishes inside for scoring of hematopoietic progenitor cell assays. It is sized to fit most inverted microscope stages and is stackable for easy handling and storage.

Measuring 51.4 x 15 mm (diameter x height), the dish offers an approximate cell growth area of 21 cm² and a recommended working volume of 4.2 - 6.3 mL. Sterility is achieved through gamma irradiation. Store at 15 - 25°C.
