TERMIPol® DNA Polymerase

A thermostable DNA polymerase from Solis BioDyne suited for MALDI-TOF mass spectrometry and other primer extension platforms. The enzyme supports standard PCR and template amplification workflows that feed into downstream MALDI-TOF analysis, offering reliable performance for routine amplification, high processivity, and efficient extension of targets.

The kit is supplied with the polymerase along with 10x Reaction Buffer C and 100 mM MgCl2. The enzyme is presented as a slightly viscous, colorless liquid with a pH of 7.0–9.0. It is intended for Research Use Only and is not classified as hazardous according to Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008.

Store at -20 °C in the original container, and prepare aliquots to preserve activity. Routine storage after transport is -28 °C to -18 °C until the expiry date marked on the package.
