SoliSD™ Lyo-compatible Bsm DNA Polymerase Kit

From Solis BioDyne, this lyo-compatible Bsm DNA polymerase kit is engineered for isothermal amplification workflows. The enzyme offers high strand displacement activity suited to loop-mediated isothermal amplification (LAMP), and through Stability TAG technology shows no activity loss for up to one month at room temperature. The polymerase sequence originates from Bacillus smithii and shares functional similarity with other Bst and Bsm polymerases.

The kit is supplied in a five-vial format comprising: SoliSD™ Bsm DNA Polymerase at 8 U/μl, a 25x SoliSD™ Supplement, 10x Isothermal Reaction Buffer, 100 mM MgSO4, and a 10x GC-rich Enhancer. Routine storage is at -28°C to -18°C until the end of the indicated shelf-life, while transport may be carried out at ambient temperature.

The enzyme reagent is a slightly viscous, colorless liquid with a pH of 7.0-9.0. Its composition is H2O (<56%), glycerol (<44%), KCl (<1%), and Tris-HCl (<1%). The preparation is not classified as hazardous to physical health or the environment and is not regulated for transport by air, land, or sea.
