SOLIScript® 1-step SolisGreen® Kit 2.0 (250 rxn)

From Solis BioDyne, this one-step RT-qPCR solution is specially designed for real-time quantitative PCR and one-step reverse-transcription PCR (RT-qPCR) assays. The kit contains all components necessary except sample (DNA/RNA template) and primers to perform reactions with accurate and highly sensitive results, and it includes a passive reference based on ROX dye, making it compatible with both ROX-dependent and ROX-independent qPCR cyclers.

Key features include exceptional fluorescence levels, stable results even under temperature stress conditions, high sensitivity, great amplification results even with low concentrations and low copy-number samples, and great PCR efficiency with reliable, easy-to-analyze results. The included HOT FIREPol® DNA Polymerase is activated by a 10 min incubation step at 95 °C, which prevents extension of non-specifically annealed primers and primer-dimers formed at low temperatures during qPCR setup. The SolisGreen® dye used in the mix is environmentally friendly, and the kit is exceptionally stable, enabling worldwide ice-free shipping. Reported applications include gene expression analysis and absolute quantification, pathogen detection and quantification, and low-copy gene detection.

The kit is configured for 20 µL reactions and includes 40x One-step SOLIScript® Mix, 5x One-step SolisGreen® Mix 2.0, and nuclease-free water. Routine storage is at -20 °C.
