qPCR Master Mix Kit, 5mL

The STEMCELL Technologies qPCR Master Mix Kit delivers a ready-to-use 2X concentrated formulation supporting quantitative real-time PCR workflows in gene expression analysis, genotyping, and molecular biology research.

Each 5 mL bottle contains a hot-start Taq DNA polymerase pre-mixed with dNTPs, MgCl2, and a passive reference dye, reducing pipetting steps and minimizing well-to-well variability. The mix runs standard and fast cycling protocols on most real-time thermal cyclers, producing reproducible Ct values across a broad dynamic range for sensitive target quantification.

Compatible with intercalating dye-based detection and common probe systems, the mix works in both singleplex and multiplex assays. A typical 20 µL reaction using 10 µL of master mix yields approximately 500 reactions per 5 mL bottle, supporting high-throughput screening projects and 384-well plate workflows.

Storage at -20 °C, protected from light, with limited freeze-thaw exposure preserves enzyme activity. For research use only.
