PyroMark Gold Q96 CDT Reagents (6 x 96)

QIAGEN PyroMark Gold Q96 CDT Reagents are formulated for use with the PyroMark Q96 instrument. The PyroMark Gold chemistry is optimised for CpG discrimination testing (CDT) applications, designed to enhance CpG discrimination and peak clarity, and is suitable for methylation profiling and CDT workflows. According to the supplier, the reagents are packaged to support several 96-reaction pyrosequencing runs.

In the CDT format, nucleotides are supplied pre-diluted. For MD software, the protocol calls for always adding 2× volume — if the software indicates to use 50 µl, 100 µl should be added — with no need to dilute with TE or water. For CpG software, the nucleotides are also pre-diluted, no dilution with TE or water is required, and the software provides the total volume to be used.
