PyroMark Gold Q24 Reagents (5 x 24)

QIAGEN reagent kit designed for use with the PyroMark Q24 pyrosequencing system. The formulation contains pyrosequencing enzyme, substrates and nucleotides optimized for PyroMark chemistry to support consistent signal generation and base-calling performance. The kit is supplied with QC information and instructions for use. According to QIAGEN documentation, this is the only validated reagent kit for the PyroMark Q24 instrument, and the manufacturer does not recommend using a different format of PyroGold reagents because the concentrations may differ.
