Puregene RBC Lysis Solution (450 ml)

A QIAGEN red blood cell lysis reagent formulated to selectively lyse erythrocytes while preserving nucleated cells for downstream DNA extraction workflows. Designed for convenient preparation of whole blood or blood-derived samples prior to genomic DNA purification, the solution is used in combination with Puregene kits to support reproducible workflows in molecular biology, genetics, clinical research, and biobanking applications.

The associated purification procedure is scalable and gentle, enabling removal of contaminants and inhibitors without compromising DNA integrity.
