Puregene Cell Lysis Solution (1000 ml)

Developed by QIAGEN, this Puregene cell lysis solution supports purification of archive-quality DNA from a wide range of sample types. Used in combination with Puregene Accessories and Gentra Puregene Kits, it enables isolation of high-molecular-weight (100–200 kb) DNA suitable for archiving. The scalable procedure gently removes contaminants and inhibitors and allows large-volume samples to be processed for use as long-term references.

Formulated for consistent cell disruption, the solution is intended for use alongside Puregene protein precipitation and DNA precipitation reagents to produce high-quality genomic DNA. The resulting DNA is highly stable and suited to a variety of downstream applications.
