LNA-G(dmf) Amidite (250mg)

QIAGEN amidite reagent supplied as a dmf-protected guanine LNA monomer with N-dimethylformamidine protection. It enables the introduction of LNA-G residues that increase duplex stability and target recognition during automated phosphoramidite synthesis of LNA-modified oligonucleotides.
