LNA-G(dmf) Amidite (1g)

A QIAGEN amidite reagent, this product is a guanine LNA phosphoramidite bearing an N-dimethylformamidine (dmf) protecting group. It enables incorporation into LNA-modified oligonucleotides by standard phosphoramidite chemistry, using slightly modified protocols.

LNA phosphoramidites with standard protecting groups are offered across four nucleobases: thymine (T), 5-methyl-cytosine (mC), adenine (A) and guanine (G). The reagent delivers enhanced affinity and specificity when used in LNA oligos. For stability it should be stored cold and dry, typically at −20 °C, with anhydrous solvents used and moisture exposure minimised. It is intended for research and oligonucleotide synthesis, and appropriate safety and handling procedures should be followed.
