HOT FIREPol® EvaGreen® qPCR Mix Plus (Capillary)

A ready-to-use 5x master mix from Solis BioDyne designed for dye-based qPCR assays incorporating EvaGreen® dye. This formulation is intended for use with capillary cyclers, and no special measures are required for its safe handling.

The mix is supplied as a colorless solution with a pH of 7.0-7.5 that is easily water-soluble. It contains no substances considered hazardous to health at their given concentration and is classified as non-hazardous for transport. Recommended storage is at -20°C. Ecologically, the product is inherently biodegradable, does not bioaccumulate and is slightly hazardous for water; waste must be disposed of in accordance with federal, state and local environmental control regulations.
