HOT FIREPol® EvaGreen® qPCR Mix Plus (Capillary)

Supplied by Solis BioDyne, this ready-to-use 5x master mix is designed as a simple dye-based solution for quantitative PCR assays, incorporating EvaGreen® dye. It is one of three variants—alongside ROX and no-ROX formulations—intended for capillary cyclers.

According to the manufacturer's safety data sheet, the product is a colorless solution with a pH of 7.0–7.5 and is easily soluble in water. No special handling measures are required, and the recommended storage temperature is -20 °C. The product contains no substances considered hazardous to health at the concentrations present.
