HiPerFect Transfection Reagent (100 ml)

From QIAGEN, HiPerFect Transfection Reagent supports large-scale and high-throughput siRNA transfection applications. The serum-compatible formulation enables simplified transfection workflows and delivers reproducible gene knockdown with low cytotoxicity across many cell lines. The reagent is suited for screening, validation and scale-up studies, including use in core facilities and long-term programmatic experiments.

According to the manufacturer's quick-start protocol, the reagent is intended for transfection of eukaryotic cells (adherent or suspension) with siRNA or miRNA in 24-well plates; the optimal reagent-to-siRNA ratio may vary depending on the cell line and gene target.
