Description
From QIAGEN, the Antisense LNA GapmeR Premium is a single-strand antisense oligonucleotide (ASO) used for RNA silencing of mRNA and lncRNA in cell culture and animal models. The product uses LNA technology to support effective and successful gene knockdown.
Knockdown is achieved via RNase H-dependent degradation of the complementary RNA target, allowing specific silencing without RISC-related off-target activity. The Premium grade is taken up by cells without requiring separate transfection reagents, and custom sequences can be designed via the Geneglobe site. The product offers a stated purity of ≥75% and is available with 3' and 5' FAM labeling.
