Description
QIAGEN provides single-strand antisense oligonucleotides (ASOs) designed for effective RNA silencing in cell culture and animal models. Built on LNA technology, these oligonucleotides enable knockdown of mRNA and lncRNA targets through RNase H-dependent degradation of complementary RNA, achieving specific knockdown without RISC-related off-target activity. The Premium grade is taken up by cells directly, requiring no separate transfection reagent, and custom sequences can be designed through the Geneglobe site. Premium grade oligonucleotides are supplied with ≥75% purity, with purification options that include PS, standard desalting, HPLC, and Na+ exchange.
