10x GC-rich Enhancer

This PCR additive from Solis BioDyne is a 10x concentrated solution designed to support amplification of difficult GC-rich templates. The optimized formulation modifies the melting behaviour of nucleic acids and is intended to enhance amplification of suboptimal PCR systems that contain a high degree of secondary structures and GC-rich regions.

The reagent should be used at a defined working concentration (1x, 2x or 3x solution) and only when non-specific amplification occurs. It is for in vitro use only, as an additive for PCR reactions. Routine storage is between -18ºC and -28ºC, and shipping at room temperature has no detrimental effects on the quality of the reagent. The product is manufactured by Solis BioDyne in compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 certified Quality Management System, and is supplied for research use only, not for use in diagnostic procedures.
