Description
Solis BioDyne's 10x GC-rich Enhancer is an additive formulated to enhance amplification of GC-rich sequences. The product is a colorless liquid with a pH range of 7.0-9.0 and is intended for Research Use Only, not for consumer use.
According to its safety data sheet, the enhancer is not classified as hazardous under Regulation (EC) No 1272/2008 (CLP), requiring no pictograms or signal word. It is composed of GC-rich Enhancer (<59% w/w) and water (<41% w/w) and is described as stable under normal conditions. Solis BioDyne recommends routine storage at -28°C to -18°C in the original container, with handling in well-ventilated areas using nitrile rubber gloves, protective clothing, and safety glasses with side shields. The mixture may cause skin or eye irritation, and prolonged or repeated exposure may cause allergic reactions in certain sensitive individuals.
