Description
A PTFE syringe filter from STEMCELL Technologies recommended for degassing and clarifying aqueous samples and for filtering strong acid and alkali solvents. The hydrophobic polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) membrane exhibits great temperature resistance.
Key specifications include a pore size of 0.22 μm and a diameter of 30 mm. Each filter has a female luer lock inlet and a male luer slip outlet. The housing is made from virgin polypropylene that meets USP Class VI requirements, and the product is RNase/DNase-free, non-pyrogenic, and sterilized by gamma irradiation.
Suitable for cell culture applications, the filters should be stored at 15–25°C and are intended for research use only.
