Engineered for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and real-time (qPCR) experiments, Axygen® PCR strip tubes from STEMCELL Technologies are RNase/DNase-free, non-pyrogenic, and non-sterile. Each conical tube has a 0.2 mL capacity, with eight tubes joined in a strip format. The tubes are molded from clear polypropylene and feature ultra-thin walls that enable precise thermal transfer across a wide variety of thermocyclers.

The strips can be sealed with separately available Axygen® PCR Strip Caps in domed, flat, or flat/ultra-clear options. They support high-throughput PCR and sample storage workflows, are designed for use with multichannel pipettes, and are suitable for automated systems. The product should be stored at 15–25°C and is for research use only. STEMCELL Technologies' quality management system is certified to ISO 13485.
