Description
STEMCELL Technologies supplies the Axygen® AxyMats™ 96-Round-Well Sealing Mat for PCR Microplate, a research-grade silicone mat designed to seal 96-round-well PCR microplates. The mat is suited for polymerase chain reaction (PCR) and storage, minimizing evaporation across a wide range of temperatures.
Made of research-grade silicone, the sealing mat is autoclavable and can be washed with bleach and rinsed with ethanol for repeated use. It is certified RNase/DNase-free and non-pyrogenic, and supplied non-sterile.
Storage is recommended at 15 - 25 °C, and the mat remains stable until the expiry date on the manufacturer label. The product is for research use only and is not intended for human or animal diagnostic or therapeutic uses. Axygen and AxyMats are trademarks of Corning Incorporated.
